This course was designed to meet the 8 hour continuing education requirement. The course is offered as an online live webinar “Lunch and Learn” and is taken over the course of four days Monday- Thursday from 12:00pm to 2:00pm. This course is taught by a Mortgage Underwriter.

This continuing education course is intended to serve as a refresher for all mortgage loan originators, whether experienced or new. It includes the core topics as required by the SAFE Act: Federal lending legislation (3 hrs), ethics (2 hrs), and nontraditional mortgage products (2 hrs). It also presents a high level review of key terms and concepts associated with mortgage origination activities in general (1 hr). Questions, activities and discussions keep participants interest in the course.
